AFPSAT EXAM REQUIREMENTS (CANDIDATE SOLDIER COURSE)
1. What is the requirement for Senior Highschool Graduate(K12)?
- Must be 18-26 years old
- K-12 Diploma
- Form 137 / 138
- Government Issued ID (National ID, Drivers Licensed, Passport, Postal ID, Philhealth, Comelec, etc)
- Birth Certificate (PSA)
- No child obligation
- Not married
- No pending case in any court
2. What if I’m in college now (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th year)?
- Transcript of Records accumulating 72 units or more
- Senior High Diploma
- Government Issued ID
- Birth Certificate (PSA)
- No child obligation
- Not married
- No pending case in any court
Note: If wala ka pang 72 units (1st year college ka palang) then please present your credentials as Senior High Grad.
3. I’m a college graduate (2 or 4-year course)
- Degree Diploma
- College Transcript of Records
- Government Issued ID
- Birth Certificate (PSA)
- Must be 18-26 years old
- No child obligation
- Not married
- No pending case in any court
4. What if ALS and Old Curriculum Highschool graduate?
- Must be 18-26 years old
- Diploma
- Form 137 or 138
- Government Issued ID
- Birth Certificate (PSA)
- No child obligation
- Not married
- No pending case in any court
- NC2 TESDA (Yes, need i-present ang NC2 certificate when applying for the AFPSAT Exam for ALS and Old Curriculum)
5. SPECIAL ENLISTMENT (21-36 Years Old)
- The Applicant must have a specific skill that the Army needs
- Government Issued ID
- HS / SHS Diploma with Form137 (Shs grad & Old curriculum applicant)
- Degree Diploma & TOR (College grad applicant)
- Birth Certificate (PSA)
- NC2 Certificate
- Married or Single
